This project is a premium 3D architectural visualization and animation created in Miami for an architect’s private residential client. The goal was to present the villa through a calm luxury mood while clearly showcasing its strongest architectural features.
The visualization focuses on a seamless visual journey from the landscaped lawn to the pool, leading the eye upward toward the waterfall feature. Natural stone, warm wood finishes, and expansive glazing reinforce a refined, high-end residential atmosphere characteristic of luxury Miami architecture.

Description
Three key zones define the visual narrative: the poolside waterfall, a sunken lounge with integrated fire feature, and an evening terrace designed for relaxation and social gathering. Lighting and composition were carefully shaped to enhance spatial depth, material richness, and emotional impact.
To elevate the presentation, a short architectural animation was produced with close-up moments highlighting water reflections, stone textures, live fire, and warm Miami morning light. The final deliverables included marketing-ready images and an emotive film designed to support faster client decisions and stronger project approval.
